Yep . . . it's still Friday!
Photos 1-5 were taken on Monday when we went to Sacramento to see Myth Busters: Behind the Myths Tour. Fabulous birthday gift to Dylan from his Papa. We made it extra special by going to the Melting Pot. Delicious!
Anyone have a guess what I am wearing in Photo 6? Shannon knows . . .
Photos 7-8 were the result of finally getting Christmas put away and randomly shoving things onto the mantle.
Photo 9 was my lunch on Wednesday. A most-delicious quesadilla, made with leftovers from taco night. Not healthy in the slightest.
Photo 10 is Dylan's new comforter. It was time. Sadly, it's not as fluffly as his old comforter, which means he needs to work a little harder at making his bed. Ouch!
Photo 11 really doesn't do Halle's outfit justice. Talk about letting go of my standards.
Photo 12 was Halle saying, "thumbs up to a pajama playdate at the Burchett house!"
Photo 13 showcases my lovely new sunglasses, courtesy of our Shannon. Perfect funeral glasses.
Kelly Thompson Larocca's order of service from her memorial this morning (Photo 14). It was such a great representation of her life. Incredibly sad, though.
Photo 15 is the painting/drawing Halle made for John's Mom. A rainbow, complete with a pot of gold and fireworks.
And lastly, Photo 16 is my girl, after sneaking a huge chunk of a baguette and "eating the bread brains right out of it" . . . her words, to be sure!
Please for give my lack of posts this week. It's been one of those. Lots of ups and downs and in-betweens. High highs . . . and low lows. I'm trying to balance between them and find a medium ground to speak from. More tomorrow . . .
